Bridge House Independent School is seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Primary School teacher to join our growing school.

Everything we do at Bridge House is about the future success of our students; our Primary School provides for 5 – 11 year olds, who have found themselves outside of mainstream education due to their Social, Emotional or Mental-Health needs. The children access a broad curriculum, with a wide range of learning opportunities which are taught, alongside self-regulation and social skills, within our warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment.

Our ideal candidate is someone with the passion and commitment needed to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable children within our society. Experience of working with children with additional SEMH needs, and a knowledge of trauma informed practice and nurture principles, would also be desirable.

Our students access a bespoke and individualised curriculum which is taught, along self-regulation and social skills, in a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment.

Are you looking for a fulfilling job, supporting the learning and social development of young people? We are seeking to employ an experienced and confident Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team. We are looking for someone with the pride, passion, creativity, and commitment needed to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable children within our society. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with SEMH as well as an understanding of the principles of Trauma Informed Practice.
