Post 16 Options

All students receive careers guidance and careful pathway planning throughout their time at Bridge House Independent School. Students are supported on look rounds at Post-16 Providers, receive help when applying to providers and are fully prepared for interviews. Transition plans are also made to support the pupils with their change to Post-16. The school works closely with both SEND Caseworkers and Post-16 Providers to aid this transition.
